NYC about to go real hard with the law that requires everyone knows each other salaries. A lot of people are going to asks for raises going forward. With that said they are pushing to tether everyone back to work so employers have the salary control of competition. It’s still a buyers market and people want to get get paid.

The past 2 elections have really shown me how moderate the majority of voters are. I am pretty far left in my stance on most issues but at this point in time I don't think America as a collective is there yet. To care about big picture issues such as climate change, wealth inequality etc requires a different level in cognition. Most people are low information voters and have a very scarce idea of what's really going on. You'd think Bidens attempt to pass BBB and Voting Rights would be a win but most people are too dumb to know whats good for them and what will make our society better.
