I don't know what your argument is though.... Purdy is going to get paid like Dak etc.. That's not even a question. The advanced metrics that GMs and scouts look at rank Purdy very highly even when the offense isn't scoring a lot because he is making the right decisions and he is making the necessary throws most weeks.

Darnold has bounced around the league quite a bit and we had him here and he wasn't impressive. He's had a good season so maybe he's turned the corner but I wouldn't trust it.
