I had to unfriend a ton of people in the various online communities I frequent. Communities ranging from a wide variety of topics including gaming, programming, 3D art, sports, AI, music, etc. Most of the talk is about the "crazy liberals on tiktok/twitter celebrating his death". They don't have a fukking clue why people would hate Charlie Kirk. LSA and thecoli are the only places that 'get it'. My faith in humanity is minuscule right now.

“Debating” people isn’t even what he did. He just espoused bad faith arguments openly. For instance, two different coroners corroborated that Floyd was killed via asphyxiation. Yet, Kirk a community college dropout with no formal education or medical education would say definitively, “Oh, Chauvin was innocent. Floyd was already dying. It was a fentanyl overdose. Chauvin should be pardoned. He’s innocent.”

He basically argued from radical skepticism standpoint, and it’s extremely hard to prove a negative. For example, how do we REALLY know there is not a green swan somewhere? How do we really know black people aren’t just intellectually inferior? More bestial? More prone to violence? All White supremacist logics operate off these kinds of tactics.

It's amazing the effect "smug, matter of fact, eloquently saying some bullshyt" white man has on people.

They get away with saying the wildest, most reckless and racist shyt because they sound smart enough and have practice in a few specific rhetorical debate tactics. If you're unskilled or unprepared you can end up looking foolish, even if you see the bullshyt for what it is.
