The outcry of support following the Charlie Kirk shooting shows how many closeted supporters these types have. Most of them have known who he was and supported what he was saying, but didn't want to be labelled as racist for following him. With people like him it's fair to assume their closeted support is 8-10x their open support. He had 6.5 million IG followers before his death but the reaction seems like he had 50-60 million supporters.
