A developer in a rich sleepy white town wants to build a complex. This complex is beside Dave Chapelle property that he wants to build on to entertain local white people. Developer submits a revised plan that includes affordable housing that would drive down the median housing price by almost $100,000. Immediately after mention of affordable housing, white community begins writing letters and calling for town hall meetings because they feel it will change the culture and traffic of the community.
