If the Falcons weren't so high strung on having a coach with prior head coaching experience an a offensive minded coach, I wouldn't have had a problem with them hiring Jeff.

Jon-Eric Sullivan just became Dolphins GM after 20 years with the Packers.

So, if you can’t get Matt LaFleur, you take Jeff Hafley to try to create the Green Bay Way.

Hafley was a very good defensive coordinator. It’s not his fault that Packers GM Brian Gutekunst didn’t draft DT depth or have a plan to field NFL caliber CBs (like giving Nate Hobbs an $40M contract or letting a terrorist like Keisean Nixon think he’s a CB1 instead of parking his ass at CB4 and keeping him as a returner) after Jaire Alexander was let go.
