Not entirely shocked at the news. But, this means probably a new trial If a lawyer pleaded guilty to a federal crime, they will let him run it back or plea him out. but, he's not done with the Justice Department.

Thinking that Pras got Kenner out some 90's misplaced nostalgia is hilarious to me. I read a profile on Pras, and he's very cerebral, very intellectual, but he's out of touch with the world outside his own. I could have guided him through this better than his team.

Attorney Pleads Guilty to Contempt for Violating Protective Order

David Kenner, 82, of Encino, California, pleaded guilty today to misdemeanor criminal contempt and was sentenced to one year of probation and a $5,000 fine in connection with his failure to abide by the terms of a protective order in case for which he was counsel of record.

after reading this, I'm pretty sure he will get a new trial. but, I can also see a judge saying that the jury wasn't tainted by the leaks, but that still leaves Kenner.
