there's too many south suburb towns that have exorbitant property taxes, and mediocre to sub-par schools. that's bullshyt. then people move out or get foreclosed on, which puts more of a tax burden on the remaining residents. this kinda thing runs rampant in suburbs like dolton.

it’s crazy people paying $8000 on property taxes for Food 4 Less & title loan stores. Matter fact all them title places closed down and left empty businesses. There are some beautiful homes in Dolton too. You can tell when people were building houses they never intended to leave.
