Hope he can put together a great group of assistants to help with X's and O's and in-game adjustments. I have no doubt in his ability to manage personalities (Nets don't have many) and motivate guys..he's been doing that his whole career. Bold fukking move here

Oddly enough I have some faith in the move. If the team can win 49 games with Avery, PJ, and crippled Deron for half a season I think they'll be alright under Kidd.
