I've worked in medical for 11 years bruh. That shyt is illegal Unless the patient gives the pcm permission to release that information. I haf no idea that there is a clause that waive a patient's HIPAA rights.

Yep work at an hospital as well and the hospital is DEFINETLY getting sued no way around it. And the person that actually took the picture I hope somebody paid them good for this info.
