If you been paying attention to A&M's 2016 recruiting class this year, it's been compared to the previous seasons under Sumlin.

It now looks like Rival SEC schools are benefiting more from A&M's move to the SEC than A&M actually is. This is exactly what a lot folks predicted would happen.

The moment that A&M was admitted into the SEC in 2011, everyone knew this would be a bigger deal for the other SEC teams than for A&M and Texas fans knew that this would open the door for them to come into the state for more recruits and they were right. Ole Miss I think just grabbed the number 1 player in the state, right? Never would have happened before 2011. The only SEC team that recruited well in Texas before 2011 was LSU and they only recruited East Texas. Before 2011, Texas and ou owned the state. Texas just needs to get back to winning.
