Texas vs Miss St will be a bigger deal than BYU vs Texas Tech no matter what Texas record is from a TV standpoint

I think CFB is going to look totally different and nothing like what we see today. The SEC is going to be THE power 1 conference and everyone else will feel like group of 5

we’re going to have weeks of Bama vs Florida OU vs UGA Texas vs TAMU Auburn vs LSU. No other conference will get any airtime at all

If Lincoln was at USC then I doubt it, USC missed out on so many good players in their own backyard because of their infatuation with Clay Helton.
There was no infatuation with Clay Helton. USC was still paying a couple of other coaches they let go, a couple of lawsuits to pay off, and the $300 million dollar renovation of The Coliseum. They had to wait a minute and pay off a ton of sh*t off before going all in on a big name hire.

Aint gonna front... shyt bout to be spooky in Eugene
You guys will be fine. Phil Knight and that Nike money will keep ya'll going. USC getting good again will help the conference. Cali niccas only going down south to play cause the hype and cameras are there. If the Pac 12 gets that hype and luster back cats is staying home on the west coast. Outside of USC and Oregon, UCLA, Arizona State, Washington, and maybe Arizona and Cal should eat as well. SEC is a juggernaut but the majority of Cali kids staying on the west coast will be a blow to them and make them work harder and fight each other for the Deep South, Texas, and Florida recruits.

Soon as old Lincoln heard about the move to the SEC he likely started weighing his options. That OU team’s ceiling in the SEC is 8 or 9 wins. Like I said in another thread they basically are what A&M is now when they come to the SEC.

A&M's final ten seasons in the Big 12: 64 wins (average 6.4 wins/season)
A&M's first ten seasons in the SEC: 85 wins (average 8.5 wins/season)

Part of that is playing 1 extra game a year but that should give them 1/2 a win more per season, not more than 2. They literally went from a mediocre-ass team to a team that's regularly in the top-20.

Back when A&M was in the Big-12 they went 11 straight years without achieving a top-10 ranking for a single week. Now that they're in the SEC they're ranked top-10 at some point almost every single year and have finished the season ranked top-5 twice.

Breh if Miami were able to keep athletes just in the two local counties, Dade and Broward, they would be a perennial top 5 program :skip:
We will be byke.:ohlawd:

Those "Golden Years" were terrible and a setback. I just wish the administration didn't treat the football program like a stepchild they have to tolerate.

Bama ass DC
So for 150 Ms what need to be his results for a successful season?
Season 1-win pac12 yeah thats high but 15m a year you better win this shyt immediately.

Season 2- playoff appearance

Season 3-champ game

Season 4-ring

He making too much out the gate to be "rebuilding" and "change culture 1st" he gotta hit it running imo. You're making more than coaches whove actually been to the mountain top multiple times. Its win now and often for linc
