Fukk them schools that don't even look in they backyard. USC should have went the Miami route a long time ago. Recruit the best athletes that's sitting right there and do all the College fukkery that comes with it. It's fukking LA they could've pulled it off.
The one thing kinda surprising is his lack of recruiting success so far in Cali.
Alot of these kids you see making plays for OU are state of Oklahoma kids. Riley purposely didn't recruit the state very hard, and alienated the Oklahoma high school coaches by not interacting with them....high school coaches when they feel "big timed" , will tell kids to go elsewhere.
So OU missed out on kids like Josh Proctor to Ohio St, Dax Hill to Michigan, multiple others.
But you're right, he should be locking down everything from LA to San Diego and then supplementing elsewhere.
