I used to think this way but people need religion to answer the hard questions like morality. It's extremely difficult to explain to a willful ignorant why taking from the weak and vulnerable, when no one is watching, doesn't help society. Adding a vengeful sky daddy simplifies things. And it's comforting to know someone is morally held accountable to a sky daddy instead of their own reason/common sense, or there lack of. It takes the guess work out of relationships.

I think the world will be a better place when someone comes along and violently rids the world of religion. It’s the only way we will make it in the future. If someone thinks their religion can infringe on the lives of others there should be no talking only death coming to them.
