As he said in one of the previous specials, the reason why the trans community has so much power is because many of them were originally white men.

He is highlighting something that the white transgender community doesn't want you to think about: their racism. Netflix just doesn't want to ruin the business relationship with Dave by removing the special from Netflix and miss on the viewership that he brings in. If it was a lesser comedian, then it would have already been pulled by now with an apology.
