Eventually some of the girls started to quit because they got tired of getting yelled at and the toxicity of that department. One of those Dominican guys that been working there for 10 years threatened to walk gave his 2 weeks notice, he got tired of the trans woman getting a pass even though the complaints were stacked against her. The company had to make a decision and they finally had to let the trans woman walk because she was causing too many people to quit which started to affect production.
