The new charge is: "maintained control over certain employees of the Combs Business" and "forced" them to "work long hours with little sleep, through use of, among other things, physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm, and/or threats of the same,"

If the Feds are hitting him with "he made people work long hours" type charges, after allocating all these resources into him, more than likely, there isn't real evidence of some of the more salacious stuff we've heard.

That's actually a misconception. Most people don't go to trial. They don't have a 90% conviction rate. Most of the times it's a plea bargain. It is true that they generally have the resources to gather whatever evidence they need though. I'm skeptical on this one.
