Al Jazeera is not shutting down. Just Al Jazeera America. It's just gonna be replaces by the English version of Al Jazeera.

That's cool, I actually think Al Jazeera English is better than Al Jazeera America anyway.

Today was the last day. Pretty sad to see it go. DirecTV said they were dropping it after today, but they might keep streaming the UK version.

AJA also broke the Flint water story. They were out there doing some real reporting on inequality and Black issues in a very professional way; not trying to gin up cable news fights. I started watching every day too
