HHH going over Bryan doesn't benefit anybody.
I don't know about the WWE's priorities but I would rather have Bryan go over. He could be a top face next to Cena and he is a better overall wrestler than Cena. Sure Cena has the look that the WWE likes but Bryan can work well with almost anybody on the roster. Plus if Cena happens to have a serious injury they could have Bryan jump into that role as being the number one guy in the company.
