Best in the game is too early, have to see what he does in the playoffs, but he's probably the most valued player by teams in the league, I think the Cavs and Thunder would trade LeBron and KD for him if it came up.

Depends on how much the Cavs and Thunder value ticket prices, network games and advertising dollars. Durant and Lebron being much much bigger household names guarantee those 30 TNT/ESPN/ABC appearances.

You can't charge premium pricing because Anthony Davis is coming to town or for 41 home games a year.
