No it's not, stop it.

They both are former sports writers with a shallow level of expertise on the topics they cover. Leaning more on their personality.

I find myself agreeing with both 80% of the time, except when they cape for racist billionaire owners or feel the need to exhibit public "tough love" to Black males under the guise of "we've gots to do betta!"

Both of them have been suspended by ESPN for not toeing the line of keeping their criticism strictly to Black folks.

She has more in common with SAS than anyone else at the company.

Same, im really from this shyt so I know how shyt goes, if we black we got a relation that's different than the sex of a male/female, idgaf about a super critical feminist, if that's how she gets down then cool, it's not a negative to me. All types of shyt like that is irrelevant to nikkas that know how to actually be a man in life. These nikkas on here soft as fukk to a nikka like me, I ain't tryna be special lookin or no shyt, but nikkas be bytches when it come to bytches. That's why I only kick entertainment on here, I can't rock wit some nikkas off here on everyday life shyt :yeshrug:
Dapped and repped.:scusthov: I got my issues with her sharing that article in agreement, but I seen and been thru much more fukkery with BW to let it prevent me from standing behind her. THESE fukk nikkas are just that.

Some of y'all simply do not understand how broadcasting & journalism works. You're not allowed to be biased or state your own personal opinion as concrete fact; and if you are going to be, you cannot be associated with the station. She needs another Twitter account, not listed on her ESPN profile for when she wants to sound off. hella journalists lose their careers over letting words fly.

There's some leeway for former athletes but a professionally trained journalist knows better. You don't see many other journalists jumping the lines she's jump. There's tact with being a journalist - and ways to word whatever you're gonna say. Honestly, they gave her a pass with calling naming the Pres. She should have gone back to class and relearned how to be subtle if she values her job and career. This ain't Fox News where you can say whatever.

There's some give and take, and no real wrong answer though. I mean - some see her using her status and national platform to speak out against social wrongs of the world, however the reciprocal is that she won't reach as many people without the platform. Her status and being there is an inspiration in itself. There are far more intelligent ways to fight the fight on that level.

Social Media will soon be dealt with by all employers.
This...

And I’m tired of people talking about freedom of speech. She said what she wanted to freely but now she’s feeling the consequences. Feel bad for her but it is what it is.. I have a question though, what were the ratings like on the 6? These networks don’t love you and they’re going to get rid of your ass especially if they think you gave they a reason to along with the ratings being down. I sure hope all these I stand with Jemele people were watching the show before this shyt went down.

I think the rumor of ESPN getting rid of her is a little overblown. ESPN knows this would look real bad and Jemele just needs to stay of twitter which if you ever listened to their HnH podcast, Mike Smith has been telling her to do for years its seems. Although they have parted ways with a few people after controversies ESPN has also kept going with folks after suspensions. Tony Kornheiser has been suspended multiple times and survived, same with SAS and Lebatard.

ESPN is all good with her and michael smith doing coming to america or boyz in the hood skits for their quote on quote " URBAN MARKETS FAN BASE "

i would tell my players especially black ones don't do no interviews with that network or stephen a smith..

She’s in a terrible situation right now. Going to FS1 will be worse for her.
She will probably get her own show now:ohhh:
She knew exactly what she was doing :mjlol:
She was warned but got tired of shucking and jiving :ehh:
Can't see ESPN bringing her back :yeshrug:
Too bad for Mike:mjcry:
All that shucking and jiving he did for The 6 :russ:

They may agree to a buyout:francis:
The game is to be sold not told:pachaha:

I don't see how she can come back and work for them after the suspension and put up with the bs

unless she comes back and becomes the female version of stephen a smith

but if she does leave and joins another company she will be in full black feminist mode..taking shots at black men every time she can
Huh? Her issue isn't with black men, it's with WHITE men-as is most black people. The fukk are you talking about
