Years ago when WWE Network was a thing I was watching wrestlemania on a bootleg stream and it ran smooth while posters who paid for WWE Network were having issues streaming the PPV

Netflix has servers all over the world, so your shyt might be overloaded if it's a high traffic area or Netflix didn't invest properly in your area. Your ISP won't matter. Using a VPN to a lower populated area should work, or use a bootleg stream.
