yeah, I was going to say this. He played this wrong at every step of the way.
-Not taking the first plea deal offered around 2017, was no jail time, and giving most of the money back
-Taking it to trial in 2022/Not taking a deal in 2022, with a more favorable administration
-Pushing back the sentencing almost 3 years, therefore ending up getting sentenced in the new administration, which asked for a life sentence. He was probably thinking Harris would have been in office.

Another mistake: using David Kenner, a beyond washed washed washed lawyer who is almost like 80, who cannot help at all with a plea bargain at Main Justice and who is just considered an all around scumbag. Using David Kenner to go to trial in DC is suicide. You use one of those old school presidential guys like Lanny Davis, or Jamie Gorelick, or whoever Greg Craig used in DC. Former Obama admin figures.
Pras could have breezed by all this, but my read of him is that he is so self righteos, such an Ivy League intellectual fool, he just made all the choices based on ego, and the idea that he was being wronged.
