I know OG has worked on his shot over the years but I honestly don’t think he’s some knockdown like that. He better than Pascal with the threes, but this just seems very lateral to me idk

All you got out of the deal was Quickley and a 2nd round pick when it rumored that they could have gotten multiple first rounders and swaps years ago.

just last season's trade deadline OG got better offers. That was less than one calendar year ago. Masai is a fukking dunce cap

Pascal and Randle don't fit like 2 dikks and no chicks

I get that but if you gonna run Mitchell and Ju why not try a small ball or Pascal/Ju as your 4 and 5. The shooting will be the same, you will lack size but have clear advantages in one on one situations.

The problem now is that unless Mitchell is going to NY before the deadline, the only matching salary they’d have is Randle and Cleveland won’t want him

I think all eyes are on Cleveland to see if they sink in the standings with Garland and Mobley injured. They do have a cake schedule coming up so they should stay in the mix but if they falter or Mitchell goes down for any period of time, the sharks are gonna circle.

The wild card is Mitichell explicitly telling them he isn't re-upping there.

OG has become one of the most overrated players over the past few seasons. They probably could've gotten OG without giving up RJ, Anunoby doesn't make the Knicks better. They're still pretty much the same team after the trade.
