I think he's aware of that. But an active physical site that children are visiting daily is going to invite financial, legal, and government scrutiny he doesn't want and that actually requires more people to get in on the scam of for it to continue working. If this was a way to wash other money he's getting that's one thing, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't have money significant enough to be washed through an enterprise this large. He's also going to have less time for "speaking" engagements and other revenue generators.

He's going to stick random direct donations and red lobster gift cards. It's easier for the scam.
