They have an older population and it is far more commonplace for multiple generations to live together there compared the united states

The older population is more vulnerable there due to that, the amount of people who smoke cigarettes and also while their medical system is very good, the road designs are shyt making transportation from relatively remote towns to medical facilities difficult. They have to be a bit more cautious in regards to their older population compared to other countries and even still, a vast majority of senior citizens are vaccinated in America
