I finally had a good look at this dude. I remember coming across one of his vids from the early YouTube days. He's been out there for a long time. About the only thing he ever said of substance was bringing to light a story about a NYPD's cop successful automatism of Penfield defense for killing an innocent kid named Randolph Evans in the 70s.
