Aint no terrorists trying to blow up Harlem. I can see developers doing it, though, to entice the old families still there to move out so investors can continue their gentrifiation plans more easily. That's slightly more realistic than a terrorist bomb in current day Harlem.

totally can see this. there were talks of opening a macys in harlem til the small business owners voted it down. not that its the macys people but it makes u think.
