Still say he has some type of personality disorder that negatively impacts his ability to regulate his emotions.
People look at his antics and just gloss them over as him wildin or being lit. But there’s a pattern to this shyt and it didn’t just start with Megan. Instead of using him to fuel a gender war and putting a battery in his back because he shot a “slut”, people should have been like “nah, chill” “get some help”. Now he looking at years for shyt he could have avoided or mitigated at nearly every stage of the fukkery that went down. I feel bad because it’s like he was gaslit into making shyt worse for himself.
Like there was somebody literally there telling him “Oh you shot a black bytch that sleeps around. Ain’t nobody gon believe her! Ain’t nobody gon care! I could see if you did that shyt to a white chick. She shouldn’t have been talking slick anyway. Try and bribe them bytches. Oh see, she ain’t even pressing charges. Gon head and wild out.”

when he thought chopping horse feet and joking about shooting was a good idea in the middle of this shyt? Who was telling him to talk shyt on social media? This dude had zero guidance. shyt is tragic. Not absolving him of blame but a lotta people failed him. Even his legal counsel. Unless he was too stubborn to listen.
When all this shyt first went down, I thought he was just gonna pay damages to Megan, apologize, get some counseling and move on. But the extra shyt really made this 10x worse.

Was deportation completely off the table with the plea deal? Cause I've always thought that was the driving force behind all his actions in the trial, the fact of being deported and not being allowed back in the states.

I hope he gets a new trial honestly, because those hoes were clearly up there lying. How you take it to court and not testify?
He didn’t testify because clearly he's guilty, his testimony would've hurt his case. Everyone there including an uninvolved witness testified that Tory was recklessly firing a gun.
Hell even if he was innocent, his ass deserves to go to jail anyways for going to trial with "Megan was a hoe so I can't be guilty" as a defense. Imagine being accused of a crime and staying silent about your recollection of events at your own trial.
