Yea new stadium 8 years from now?looks like Mark Davis played the system.. this nikka had no stadium proposal, but will end up staying in Oakland and getting finances from the NFL towards a new stadium ... AND pocket the re-location fee.

if its privately financed, they will build it right away... the memorial stadium in Berkeley will be a fine temporary home for 2 years
