As it stands today.

There is even more confusion as to how the NFL is going to take in 2 teams.

Where will the 2 teams play until the stadium is built ? The only option is the LA Coliseum. USC runs the LAC, and in contract, it states that only 1 NFL team can share the stadium with USC (which they have accepted). If the Rams were to play at LAC, would the NFL be stupid enough to make OAK or SD play a couple more seasons in their current cities ? That shyt would be a disaster !

It seems like (from what ive read and heard today) the Rams to Inglewood is what most likely going to happen. With the possibility of the Raiders or Chargers moving into the Inglewood stadium AFTER its built. If this were to happen "next season", Kroenke will have to pony up hundreds of millions to the Raiders & Chargers, which hopefully can go towards new stadiums in OAK and SD.

Sadly, Kroenke has literally shyt on the city of StL (in his proposal to the NFL). And made it clear that StL isn't a football city, and never will be. (I don't agree with that....the "greatest show on turf" was one of the GOAT runs in history)..

While Kroenke is adamant about moving and Spanos has accepted the fact that a move to Los Angeles is essential for the Chargers’ financial health, Davis has hurt himself with some NFL owners by wavering between Carson and publicly stating he wants to stay in Oakland. In particular, Davis undermined his argument for relocation during an emotional appearance at an October town hall meeting in Oakland set up by the NFL.

San Diego really needs to get a stadium done and keep the Chargers. Its stupid for them to move cause they literally have the entire city to themselves. The Padres play in the summer. Plus San Diego is a travel destination with great weather, beaches, b*tches, good quality of life, etc. Why come to LA to compete with another NFL team(if there's two teams) Lakers, Clippers, KIngs, Ducks, UCLA, USC, etc. during the winter months:why:

This post is the truth. San Diego is a great city with everything you'll want and need. I'm surprised a team would wanna move away from there. Your post got me reminiscing now:wow:

In the last minute..THIS shyt IS GETTING CRAZY.

Today, Cowboys and Jerry Jones sent the NFL a "alternative solution that would pair the Rams and Chargers in Inglewood". Jerry Jones fully supports the Inglewood plan not only for the financial benefits, but also because that's where he was raised & still has family there. He has sentimental value towards the Inglewood area.

Where it gets funny. Directly after this. Spanos and the Chargers submitted a firm letter to league expressing that they are are committed to the Raiders and the Carson project. Spanos and Kroenke don't like eachother, so this isn't a surprise. But what it does show is that Spanos will NEVER partner with Kroenke, so I think it's safe to say that the only way that the Chargers end up in LA, is via Carson.

@larryshogunz You seem to be in the know. So why can't the NFL kick down some many to the Chargers to help build a stadium in San Diego?

The NFL has something called the "G-4 Fund/Loan". This is upwards up to 200 million dollars that the league gives a team to help fund a new stadium (9ers/Vikings used this luxury for their projects).

200 mill is a huge chunk, but the problem occurs when NFL asks "where will the rest of the money come from for this 1.2 billion dollar stadium ?". This is where and why the Chargers and Raiders are having complications building a stadium. They only way it can be built is by "asking" and "attempting" to ask the city for tax dollars / tax hikes (which would need to go to a vote). The other problem is, the NFL wants assurance and a guarantee, and didn't want proposals to require a public vote (which will never happen in Cali due to lawsuits). This can be avoided by either having deep Kroenke pockets, or a private financing partner.
