White folks been wanting back in Inglewood for a minute now. It started a few years ago when they redid the Forum. It'll be upgraded for sure but the folks with money still like the Westside part of LA no matter what- Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Santa Monica, Malibu, Century City, etc

I Live in Inglewood as well and the neighborhood isn't bad at all despite some negative outside views from people.....white people been living here for awhile especially by the Ave.

However there is a lot of black homeowners, so blacks will be getting paid if companies what the property

I know breh. It's the game fam. Any valuable land, especially out there, is too valuable to remain hood. And it sounds like it's not really hood anyway. At least if you own out there, you can win and let Kroenke buy you out.

True no doubt.. I just don't think it'll be the hipster haven. With the stadium it'll be like Staples-LA Live but South. But Staples-LA Live is not a hipster zone. Hipsters like the other side of DTLA like Spring Street and the Arts District, Silverlake, Echo Park, North Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City.. Inglewood will get hotter property wise but I doubt it becomes this hipster- urban millennial playground. But you never know.. Would love to see downtown Inglewood come up

If anything I think it'll be more similar to the renaissance that Playa Vista, "Culver West" etc. have been experiencing with an influx of young married couples and families (especially since Inglewood is relatively close to the new tech and startup centers in the south bay) as opposed to broke hipster millennials. The real question is whether "good for the community" really just means "good for the white people who haven't moved in yet but will profit immensely from doing so"?
