I live closer to the LAX part of Inglewood and that won't change... however where the stadium is and the south part of Inglewood area and the heavy gang area will be gone which is good, but I only feel sorry for the low income elderly who might not have options

The owner before Stan didn't want to pay to have a stadium built and the city, county or state wasn't footing the bill.

Because the previous owner was from St. Louis and wanted to move the team to her hometown. So she tanked the team enough so that they could move. Basically the same shyt Kreonke's doing.
