Cac MAGA racists and bigots going after peoples freedoms are the problem.

Yall trying way to hard to cape for these fascists
Thank you I'm getting sick of people in TLR caping for politicians and folk that would have them KILLED if they could simply for being BLACK.

Cause that's the Republican party and DeFascist.

I hate TLR cats running interference for Republikkkan Neo-Fascists cause they share the same hatred of LGBTQ people you do. Too stupid to realize they calling us "n*ggers" in their living rooms, dining room tables, in their subreddits, on their chans, in their Facebook invitation only groups, and plotting on unaliving us in their think tank conferences.

When I say it was good I mean nobody said nothing bout it

I live in florida and a lot of these " diversity " programs were good when non lgbt groups were included

All these anti black gov's we had and none of them tried to stop these diversity groups until now🤔

It's not because they never had a problem with them. It just now they can attack the black programs and not appear racist by saying "look, we are going after LGBT too."

ALL OF THIS is in retaliation of the 2020 George Floyd protests, when the phrase Black Lives Matter was at its strongest. Conservatives saw an opening with discussion of the protests an amplified and exaggerated some minor experiences of white students made to feel uncomfortable becuse of class discussions of white privilege.

Remember who they came for 1st. Black people with the Critical Race Theory boogeyman. They saw that it was a winning formula in 2021 to win elections, as evidence by Younkin winning the Govenor race here in Virginia. But they can't keep beating a dead horse and not appear racist, so they added LGBT into the fold to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

My eyes are wide open to what is happening. Guess that makes me "woke," a black vanacular word that has been around since the 1930s, but many of you have come to accept the white conservative definition of.

What are you talking about

“As a candidate for president, for example, Bush touted Texas’s program and a similar program in Florida as a way to “affect the pool of applicants of minority students available for higher ed in a positive way.” Similarly, in a 2003 speech delivered when he was president, Bush praised top 10 percent-style programs in California, Florida, and Texas as a way that “diversity can be achieved without using quotas.”

The Supreme Court’s affirmative action decisions, moreover, largely endorse Bush’s view that schools may try to achieve greater levels of racial diversity, and that race-neutral programs are the preferred method to do so — although the Court’s decisions also give schools slightly more leeway to use race-conscious programs than Bush would have allowed.”

Republicans were going after affirmative action during bush’s term. You not educating yourself on this shyt doesn’t make your opinion worth anything infact it’s just blatant misinformation

I just can't imagine living in America and being this dense about what's going on.

No, Republicans did not wake up in 2021 and suddenly decide to attack Black people and LGBT people because of some shyt that "left-leaning academics" did. Reactionary conservatives have ALWAYS attacked Black people. Reactionary conservations have ALWAYS attacked LGBT people. Reactionary conservatives have ALWAYS attacked immigrants, and religious minorities, and anyone else on the margins who looked vulnerable. These aren't separate agendas for them, it's always been the same calling card.

No one here has said, "anti-LGBT is anti-Black". But anyone with half a brain can see that the same people going at LGBT people are going at Black people, and they're doing it for the same motivation both times. Any breh cheering on the election of anti-LGBT politicians is digging a hole for their own people.

Claiming that academia is "the cause" of conservatives lumping together their attacks on minorities is just wild. In the 1950s, the same conservatives pulling the red scare were the conservatives lynching Black people were the conservatives going gay bashing. The people who hated Bayard Rustin for being part of the Civil Rights Movement were the same ones who hated him for being part of the Gay Rights Movement. These have never been separate agendas. Academics have done nothing more than point that out.

It’s simple minded to assume if someone doesn’t agree with your point of view than they are supporters of the opposing view.
I take exception to that bullshyt.

I just don’t agree with incorporating gay shyt into the narrative of my peoples struggle.

I don’t agree with incorporating other non white peoples struggle into an all inclusive “minority” struggle that largely takes away and diminishes our true voice.

And I damn sure don’t side with the enemy In Support of no pro cac agenda. Very disrespectful trying to put the smut on my jacket.

Your overall point is that the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
That’s bullshyt. That’s too simplistic and neglects the true complexities of the issue.

My enemy is and always be the cac. Don’t care if they’re straight or gay. Because they still are advocates for white supremacy. Neither advocate for or support black self determination. That is why your argument is either or as if we have to choose a master in or to validate our opinions.

Of course your projecting ass would be in here, after all these years, still haven’t come to terms with those feelings you get from seeing a trans person. All these “drag story times” are not mandatory, not one has ever been. Why are you neocons/neolibs so against parents raising their kids the way they want to? Kids aren’t “influenced” to become gay/trans, or anything, as long as parents spend time with them, and monitor what they are doing. Y’all throw everything behind “they specialize kids in school”, and that tells me that you spend zero time with your kid(s). When I was raising my daughter, we talked about things every day, spent time together, made sure to have open and honest conversations. She is 21 now, and I never had to worry about any of this nonsense, because I wasn’t a lazy fukking moron that let TV and IPads raise her, me and her mother put in the work, and nothing in my life has been more rewarding than that. Her generation fukking HATES what you pretend “leftists” do, and see right through that shyt. You all need to team up with conservatives and push everything you possibly can through now, because in the next 20 years, while y’all play with this culture war shyt, while letting these billionaires run our country, these kids are getting angrier and angrier. This is not going to end favorably for you and people like you, and I hope these kids are finally the ones that tear this fukking country to the ground, and destroy it all. I don’t fukking care, I watched the boomers horde all their wealth, and now these kids nowadays ain’t ever gonna have shyt, destroy this country and rebuild, for future generations
so remind us again why this should be a show for children;

FvI7jk4WABgwHsn

you embarrass yourself. the democrats are embarrassing us :camby: i've had enough of watching them defend these fukking deviants. i didn't sign up for this shyt

why can't you just admit that the democrats are wrong on this ONE issue? :laff:

You're running so hard with your agenda that you're not even seeing the people you're arguing at.

* I didn't say you have to incorporate gay shyt into the Black struggle. Neither did OP.

* I didn't say you have to incorporate everyone's struggle together. Neither did OP.

* My point is not "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". I didn't say jack shyt about anyone having friends, and neither did OP.

* I didn't say you had to "choose a master". WTF are you talking about?

You came in with the ridiculous narrative that this shyt was "caused" by left-leaning academics conflating the black rights struggle with the gay rights struggle, and I clapped back on you because that didn't have jack shyt to do with causing anything. All of this bullshyt has been going on for decades long before academics did anything. These people don't give a fukk what academics do, they are going to try to oppress minorities because they're always tried to oppress minorities.

I have literally no idea what your motivation is with taking this derailment, but anyone who sees right-wingers doing this shyt and thinks, "Damn those leftist academics!" has their priorities all twisted out of wack.

Has anyone ever done what you are asking above? If so, name names.
They used to run right wing stuff on here on the regular. If you're new? They've been quiet on here lately. Especially since midterms after all the polls showing a Red Wave was a shoe in fell flat. Board was getting swamped with polls around midterms. I don't remember the guys username. Like I said he stopped posting.

I don't get how this is a smart thing to do while trying to run for president. Sure he has a shot at the republican primary but he will get washed by Biden. He is inspiring every LGBTQ, black and women voters to vote against him.
They haven't learned this since midterms. At all. :yeshrug: The voter base that really and truly cares about that stuff is dwindling away.

They got worked at midterms and will get worked for the Presidency. This has been the case historically by an overwhelming margin. If you suck at midterms the voters are letting you know the presidency will be just as bad. Unless you change course.

A lot of these problems seem mostly aimed at lgbt. I highly doubt BSU’s at universities are ending

The bill straight up names Critical Race Theory and says no students are allowed to major or minor in it anymore, nor can it be taught in general education courses. And we've all seen the last two years how much stuff the conservatives want to lump under that "Critical Race Theory" label - it basically means anything that points out White people tried to fukk over Black people in America.

The text also says:

“General education core courses may not distort significant historical events or include a curriculum that teaches identity politics … or is based on theories that systemic racism, sexism, oppression, and privilege are inherent in the institutions of the United States and were created to maintain social, political, and economic inequities,”

That's straight up targeted at teaching Black history. Nothing to do with LGBT.

And the bill blocks any money from being spent “to promote, support, or maintain any programs or campus activities that … (advocate) for diversity, equity, and inclusion, or promote or engage in political or social activism, as defined by rules of the State Board of Education and regulations of the (state university system’s) Board of Governors.”

That's basically saying that ANY program which deals with racial issues or even political/social activism is immediately defunded.
