Arch ain’t coming out next year. He said he’s staying at Texas 4 years to develop, he said so on Pat McAfee Show. Peyton also said he was not leaving early on MNF too.

And since he was red shirted he can technically play 3 more years there. I think the only way he declares for the draft early is if the absolute perfect situation lines up for him or he has a perfect season (natty, heisman etc)
