Iran most likely already has the bomb, from the fall of the Soviet Union..but will only use it when Israel tries to use its own. Iran can also penetrate Israeli air defenses.
Pakistan already told Israel last month they'd nuke them.
Israel can mess around with Gazan's, Qatari's and Lebanese, but nuclear armed Pakistan that is prepped for war against India tomorrow is another animal completely.
At some point Israel's use to America will be outweighted by the real possibility of America getting dragged into a nuclear war over tiny Israel. save yourselves, Netanyahu doesnt care if America gets flattened long as he survives.

Pakistan got lucky. They started building their nukes in secret before the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty was introduced. That’s why Pakistan can get away with making nukes unlike Iran. They began their nuclear program earlier than Iran.
