I gotta review it but the article that I glanced earlier said the person refusing service an independent contractor. Which I assume is different than a conventional business .

if you believe in the bible and christianity (i don't, at all), why would christians be forced to provide services for a gay wedding? it goes against their religion. its right in the bible

That's not the issue, the big issue is that these businesses can refuse you for race, religion, and if you're in an interracial relationship.

We already seen examples of this once the Abortion ruling came down and multiple drug store worker refused to service people buying condoms.

This is a disingenuous comment. He would rather go to a different doctor for the surgery. You making this racist doctor the SOLE capable professional to perform the procedure and certain death hinging solely on his discretion is the disingenuous part.

As does adultery, fornication and lying. Are they going to screen for that as well?

I read deeper into this case and apparently it was all a lie just to get the supreme court to make this decision. There was no gay couple that even asked for her services, and the owner of the website is the one who bought it up to the courts herself.

Even if it is all was true, I'm still trying to understand this. The line is very thin when it comes to refusing service for someone based on your "values", so when does it become discrimination?

"I don't want to create a website featuring gay people because I am Christian and it goes against my religon.". Now that I look at that, I don't see anything wrong with it.

Now if it was in any other conditions, I would see discriminiation. " I don't want gay people in my restaraunt eating because I am Christian and it goes against my religon" - or a straight-only gym because the owner is a Christian would be crazy. Idk this shyt look messy.
