I know he’s talked about being a one & done. And he is talented but I hope Shaq is honest with him that he’s not a one and done guy at this point in time. There’s nothing wrong with him being in school for multiple years.

We don't know that for certain. No one was thinking about Trae Young being a 1 and done before this season and look at him now. Sure he's had his struggles as of late, but he'll still probably be a lottery pick and no one was really thinking of him as such prior to this year.
