Maybe he is a clown, but dude was thinking money.
He knew that the mexican's antics was what was making him blow up, my guess is that they would probably get him to calm down when he was on.

So from a business standpoint, I don't know if he was making a mistake.

Problem was obviously stories about how they were treating him low-key, that he found out that he was justa money generating clown.
