We don't understand that power that we have in the entertainment industry. If all black artist go to all black distribution channels (Like Irv Gotti talked about way back when) it's game over for white cooperations.
:whew:Indeed bruh indeed:myman:

I respect the business aspect, but as a fan I hate that it feels like I'm being forced to use a service I don't care to buy/use with Tidal.

Money and Violence, Ye, and now TI., I'm torn man but I've never had interest in Tidal, I like Apple Music and don't wanna have to pay for more than one streaming service.

I like where this is going. If Jay could potentially snatch a majority of the black artists up under the TIDAL umbrella :jbhmm:

The only black artist who really matter right now are drake, rih, kendrick, jcole, jayz, beyonce, kanye and nicki.

No one else sales as much as them or gets as much media coverage as them, so no one else really matters. They already have all of them (except for drake) and tidal is still flopping. The exclusives don't keep anyone there. They are wasting time energy and money on this instead of trying to figure out how to make more money per stream, period.

This is good for Ti since no one cares about him. No one wants to pay for tidal, but people do talk/care about it. It stays in the news b/c it's owned by celebs. This doesn't benefit the customer, so idk why they tried to use that to sell it lol. I've never heard anyone talk about this "high quality" that they claim to have. If people don't want to pay for albums, what makes you think they would want to pay for a streaming service that costs more than spotify, which they more than likely already have if they're interested in streaming.

How exactly is Tidal flopping? I'd really like to know.
