Golden State is still gonna be “meh” next season.

Ain't nobody walking through that door, and it's crazy how they gave Dray his max but not Klay.

Unless they part ways with CP3 in a trade they might be able to retain Klay but it's unlikely a team will trade for a washed CP3.

Klay got the deal the summer he tore his acl, not his Achilles he was getting the max regardless who signed him. Dude tore his shyt trying to get back to the team, came back and played better than literally any player who ever tore their acl and Achilles back to back. Y’all keep skipping over that part. They were both loyal to each other but the PG shyt was the nail in the coffin
Who skipping over what? Dont come in here lying bro… He wanted another max extension and he’s not worth that at this point in his career.. never mind the man was next to non existent in the play in.. we not going to rewrite history in here

Is that a "loss"? I'm sure Warriors fans would like him to stay because of all the memories but he's washed.

They need his salary if they want to stay competitive though. Without a sign-a/nd-trade, giving up Klay is basically saying they're starting a slow rebuild.

Dude washed up, injured, with a bad fukking attitude. What is he realistically bringing to a team as a vet?

Ray Allen-type role - be a sniping 5th or 6th man that other teams have to account for on the court.

No offense to the Spurs, but I don't think he wants to play for the Spurs. :mjlol:

Why not play for a well-liked coach on a young roster with a budding superstar?

Dallas is probably his best fit. If he can play the 3

Dallas desperately needs elite defense at the 3 if they're gonna roll out a Luka/Kyrie backcourt again.

Unfortunately, it screws over small market teams like Minnesota who now find themselves in championship contender but being hamstrung by the same parameters as the teams they previously complained about.

I think that’s going to be the biggest ramification from this new CBA tbh.

Minnesota already has 3 max players and a half-max, there's no room to claim that they're being "screwed" by anything. :dead:

Their ownership team is worth over $6 billion, if they don't want to pay taxes then that's on them.
