OK I get that. The thing is. I guess they better hope Mariotta is the guy.

At this point it doesn't matter, they drafted him #2 overall, they're gonna ride in that car until it falls apart and they gotta do what they can to put him in the best position to succeed. Mularkey isn't that guy.

Yall acting like brah didnt have a good to great year before this down year. I think we can assume that you get someone in here with some forward thinking cognition skills and he'll be right back to balling, even more now with mkre experience.

Agreed. I just find it odd that a coach who had an injured QB and a down year from him was able to make the playoffs and win on the road as a heavy underdog. We bytch about guys who didn't even make the playoffs losing their jobs but are completely OK with this?

Wasn't Mularkey coach when Mariotta had a good seaosn last year? Just sayin. I'm not even a Mularkey fan.

It was the correct move. If you're in a position where you are implying that a guy has one more season, just make the change now. I wanted Caldwell fired last season. I didnt value making the playoffs to lose to Seattle. Ultimately, outlier events occur that will affect final results both good and bad, and if you assume outlier events to be commonplace, and insulate those views in "ya won" or "ya lost" then thats a low IQ way of thinking

:blessed: They got rid of that trash azz conservative azz coach. The fact that he refused to make Henry the #1 rb was a fireable offense alone.

:mjcry: But I know they gone hire another sorry azz conservative coach that fits the cac culture here in the city.
