The gun was unregistered, Tory lanez bodyguard claimed ownership of the gun. Neither Kelsey nor Megan's bodyguards were there that night. All of this was mentioned during the trial.You can literally say that about any fanclub now

Tory's bodyguard actually went missing during the trial, then he later wrote a flimsy statement claiming ownership of the gun while refusing to testify in court so his statement couldn't be cross examined.
This is what i mean when I say people have strong opinions about something they dont even understand. All this was addressed during the trial, but people still make up their own facts.

Only fact I mentioned was that multiple sources said his prints weren't actually on the gun and there was no bullet fragments from her foot found.
Whether it was made up or not belongs to the sources reporting it.
Him getting stabbed a week before the op-ed was also another fact. Kelsey pleading the 5th is a fact (why?), the contradicting stories is a fact, etc.
I wasn’t invested in their trial enough to remember all the details, but I do remember that certain shyt wasn’t adding up. Bodyguard should’ve been subpoenaed and in jail now if he just “disappeared” then popped back up later.
And why did they add 10 years to his sentence?
Only facts I’ve been wondering about is DNA evidence. If there are other prints on the gun, whose are they? You don’t leave open ended questions open like this?
