Only fact I mentioned was that multiple sources said his prints werenmt actually on the gun and there was no bullet fragments from her foot found.

Whether it was made up or not belings to the sources reporting it.

Prints not on the gun, thats a lie. The results of the DNA test were inconclusive, meaning there were prints on the gun that couldn't be identified because the gun was wiped down. They did find gunshot residue on both Kelsey and Tory. This was addressed during the trial.


Medical records state that bullet fragments were pulled from a wound consistent with a gunshot injury, and no, the bullet fragments didn't go missing, thats another social media lie.


Kelsey pleaded the 5th when questioned if she accepted the bribe money from Tory. She was acting like she couldn't remember anything from that night, fortunately for Tory, the judge ruled that Kelsey's interrogation couldn't be played in count unless brought up by the defendant. Unfortunately for Tory, his retarted ass lawyer brought up the interrogation and got it admitted into evidence, so the jury heard Kelsey accusing Tory anyways.


He got 10 years because he was charged with Assault with a deadly weapon, reckless discharge, and possession of an illegal firearm by a felon. Even if kelsey shot meg, Tory was still looking at 10 years for possession and reckless discharge as a felon. California does not play about gun laws, especially when you over there shooting up ultra wealthy white neighborhoods. Crimes get solved on that side of town.

Wasnt some of this already known? I couldve swore the witness Tory team called said that kelsey had the gun first. He said Tory wrestled it from her and then he saw tory "firing everywhere". Seems the bodyguard saying the gun dropped and shot at meg instead of tory shooting it.

Yes the bullet fragments were used during the trial, along with the testimony of the surgeon who treated the wound.
