literally that angle never came up until he was poked up in jail. why didn't the witness say that? why didn't meg say that to the police even after making a diss track to Kelsey? This is just simply false. You can’t hear that at all in either ring camera video. The bodyguard statement was a submitted sworn affidavit from August of last year. It came out now because he got stabbed. They said all of this in the press conference. The witness didn’t corroborate Meg’s story either.

Nothing has been submitted to court as far as I can see. They're going for a commutation/pardon rather than an appeal, which explains the PR blitz rather than court filings. Likely because they know how weak this "new evidence" is.
