The real gentrified areas are williamsburg (ground zero), bushwick, bed-stuy, ft. Greene, and greenpoint. Flatbush, Crown Heights, East New York, East Flatbush, New Lots, are still pretty hood. Neighborhoods like Sheepshead. Bay Ridge, Bensohurst are still pretty much ungentrified Brooklyn as well. For different reasons than the previous ones. All of those are either too far away or just too inconvenient to get to manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn on the trains (N, Q, R, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) where you have to transfer to the F in the city or some fukkery to get back and end up taking 45+ to get anywhere.

Plus the hipsters too scared to go to those neighborhoods. And the old russian, italians, and poles in south Brooklyn don't want them or that bullshyt there.


Edit: I'm excluding Boerum Hill and neighborhoods like Carroll Gardens from the equations cause thays yuppie trash...same with DUMBO.

A large number if not most NY rappers have houses in Jersey. There's a lot of wealthy suburban areas there. No one is moving to Newark, Irvington, Camden or any hood.

This is what starts the media bullshyt, the spread of misinformation. Vlad asking everybkdy should troy ave have gotten outta nyc after coming home from jail and nikkaz saying yes, the memes of nikkaz spreading that dumbshyt, *picture of troy ave shot masseratti* "nikkaz need to learn to be low key and leave there cith woo woo woo". and all the bullshyt that comes with that. i could sit here and explain every possible example, and in a day or 2 come back with all the examples i described.

my thing is, dont look down on me, dont be madd at me, for standing up to the bullshyt and attacking misinformation, and actually being one of the only nikkaz letting nikkaz know actual facts, so they dont run with that bullshyt.
