you are a foreigner and not a foundational Black American, which is why you were so upset

You can start doing so by comparing graduation rates, those who are black who graduate with STEM degrees, and those who are black in STEM employment from next year onward, no?I would rather see a study that shows how foundational black Americans were able to get a percentage of the jobs that were previously held by the Indians that currently hold those jobs
I think that would be a better way to determine if this policy change was a success
I have already stated that I am not saying that 15% of the jobs will inevitably be held by foundational black AmericansUnlikely for cacs to give black people those jobs. It’ll probably go to cacs and American born Asians.
I mean, it’s just a simple matter of thinkingYou can start doing so by comparing graduation rates, those who are black who graduate with STEM degrees, and those who are black in STEM employment from next year onward, no?
Like, I know you want to think this will actually help black people, but Trump - and republican ideas - like these by and large end up worse for black people.
Again, go back to my point. I'm less interested in the theoretical and what actually happens. A lot of you said that cutting DEI, increasing ICE, fewer foreigners, and more things would mean jobs go to black Americans, and in reality, it ended up with fewer jobs for black Americans and greater unemployment rates.I mean, it’s just a simple matter of thinking
Current policy equals none of those jobs go to Blacky Americans
New policy means some of those jobs will have to go to black Americans
which would you rather?

So, this one way or the other type of thinking hasn't really panned out.
employees probably gonna eat these costs over 4 or 5 years via garnishment but they desperate enough to do itwait who is paying this 100k visa fee again?!?![]()
It’s not the same
I manage a team and it’s not the same.
For example I have this one Japanese on my team and you could not have his Japanese mind if he was born here. He has a totally different way of looking at things and solving problems.
Also you should take a look at the U.Ss ranking in education. It’s not like that’s not a factor.
Plus I’m sorry but immigrants are much more harder working people.
In any case I’m not mad at this.
One of us will be proven wrong and maybe we need to see that act out.
But this is all so Trump can make money, the people won’t see a penny from this.
Don't waste your time arguing with Democrat shills. Their brains have been rot to favor any immigrant over their own race. Bunch of weirdos the lot of them.I’m going to be quite blunt
I don’t see how a person can claim to be pro-black but be against this step in the right direction
Do you want black college graduates to get good jobs or not yes or no
If it was me, I would’ve done an even stricter executive order and got all the motherfukkers out of the doggone paint
you nikkas will never be happy
this is a real simple math issue to me
if I told you that I had a policy to where in a certain area there were 100 jobs
And all 100 of those jobs due to the policy will go only to foreigners
And suddenly
A policy change comes to where those 100 jobs will now only go to Americans
How on God‘s green earth can you be mad at this change that inevitably has to help out even if it’s a small bit of help, help out foundational black Americans
even if it’s only two or five or seven jobs
It’s better than what it was before
the current policy IS anti blackWhere is the variable of anti-black racism in your math equation?
You're repeating yourself like a bot now. I already told you, you can start on that study yourself by doing certain comparisons a year from now, when this policy starts fully taking effect. Also, black people here have more than 0% in STEM, it's like 9% or so. Why are you spamming this thread?who is “you”
I personally haven’t seen seen a study on the effects of it pertaining to foundational black Americans
I’m strictly speaking on the policy change at hand and how it inevitably has to help foundational black Americans due to the fact that the previous policy inevitably hurts black Americans
