How does #ADOS feel about this? :patrice:

The birthright citizenship was made to legally transition ex slaves from 3/5 man to full citizenship. Much like affirmative action, this legal correction has been used as a loophole by everyone except the intended recipients (ADOS) of said law. Legal status should be based on the parents legal status. Other countries operate this way.

Cacs went back on every treaty they ever signed with native Americans and I'm sure Ronald Reagan giving the green light to flood black communities with crack cocaine had to have violated ADOS' constitutional rights in some kinda way but some of yall are talmbout "the president cant do that!! Its against the rulez!!!" Man, if the crakkka gets pissed off enough or wants to take somebody else's shyt bad enough, that constitution ain't nothing but a piece of paper.
Trump does not have the political support or talent to work this around the courts. He doesn't have the stamina or drive to really push the issue past major resistance that will occur on this issue. If it was a more capable politician, with more intelligence, i'd be concerned. But young college Republican Stephen Miller and senile Don don't have the skills to do this. Trump is a campaigner than a doer. This is just 2020 rhetoric and bullshyt

Politician are always looking for loopholes and ways to get around constitutional protections, with the 14th and 13th being the most famous of not really being enforced for a good 100 years. But this is usually due to a large societal pressure to abuse the protections along with courts and politicians who promote the abuse. There isn't that energy for this issue in the courts and to a lesser extent, the Congress that is currently split along party lines.

Again, dude is just bullshyting and you might not even hear him talk about this a week from now.

He didn't have a lot of support to win the presidency, let cnn and various white women on social media tell it. The OP pretty much made a million page thread saying he was all but impeached. Cacs love trump. All of them. Even the ones who say different in public. If he moves to end birthright citizenship they're gonna fall in line.

/thread

edit: i'll try to find the thread where some of us went back and forth about the 14th amendment. I think it was over a year ago. Like dude said, it was meant to make former slaves and their descendants citizens, but left a humongous loophole due to verbiage.

He said the same shyt about a year ago and hasn't followed up on it.

This is all likely to divert attention from his recent comments about jews or whatever bullshyt he's said in the past 12 hours.

:snoop:It's shameful how easily they are distracted by Trump's deflections.

Actually it directly is.

Without the 14th amendment slaves would not be considered citizens.
