So they're banning legitimate private videos and pictures, not images of people in public. So police officers and Karens are still fair game.

As long as there are appropriate exceptions, I'm all for this. I can't stand this culture of whipping and phones and filming people at their most embarrassing and vulnerable moments. Especially, when the clout-chaser should be doing sometihng to help.

4th post in the thread said as much if someone that'd not a public figure gets posted and they ask twitter to take it down its getting taken down.
