Seoul can't confirm N. Korean troops and neither can the US. Only N. Korea could confirm if they had actual personnel in the area and deployed/active. They did not.

It seems like a whole division of North Koreans is in Kursk but after those captures you don’t hear too much about them. Either they got way better or they were withdrawn.

If Zelensky is right he’s saying that a certain amount of the PLA is fighting and not even in Russia but in Ukraine.

None of the prisoners taken available to media for confirmation.

You talk about regular unit rotation, how the hell can a foreign nation that speaks a different language and ahas a different military doctrine , how can they simply take another unit's place in rotation? Doesn't work that way. International force integration takes a great deal of work logistically, where did those 10k N. Korean troops come from and how did they transfer to Kursk without anyone noticing and leave without any build up and withdrawal? They were never there.

You claimed the article I posted was supporting you then when you actually read it now you claim its poorly written, the fact is its you how can't read and lets face it, taking a bold face proven liar like Zelensky at face value.

China isn't in Ukraine fighting, Russia is dominating and wrecking the Ukraine by itself, they don't need help from anyone else and it would be a nightmare to integrate chinese and N. Korea troops into their operations.
